Refund & Returns Policy – Aurum & Fidelis Ltd
1. Returns
You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn
- Items must be in original condition
- No marks, scratches, or damage
- Returned in original packaging where possible
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your provider
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it and place a new order.
7. Important Notes
Due to the nature of gold-plated jewellery, normal wear over time (including fading of plating) is not considered a fault.
