These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Aurum & Fidelis Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Products
All products sold are 925 sterling silver jewellery plated with 18k gold (approximately 2 microns).
Due to the nature of gold plating, finishes may naturally wear over time. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, slight variations may occur.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Due to fluctuations in the cost of raw materials, including silver, manufacturing prices may vary and product pricing may be adjusted accordingly at any time.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
6. Delivery
We offer free UK delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked and insured).
Estimated delivery time is typically 1–2 working days after dispatch.
While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delays caused by the courier are outside our control and we do not guarantee delivery dates.
7. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of the product passes to you once full payment has been received and the item has been delivered.
Risk transfers upon delivery.
8. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn
- Items must be in original condition
- No marks, scratches, or damage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
9. Personalised Orders
We do not offer returns or refunds on personalised or custom-made items unless faulty.
Changes to personalisation may only be made prior to production.
10. Warranty & Product Care
We offer a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading of gold plating over time
- Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, or improper use
Due to the nature of gold plating, gradual wear is expected and not considered a fault.
We recommend avoiding water, sweat, and chemicals to prolong the life of your jewellery.
11. Re-Plating Service
We may offer a re-plating service at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurum & Fidelis Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, and designs, is the property of Aurum & Fidelis Ltd and may not be used without permission.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
