What materials are the dog tags made from?
Every Aurum & Fidelis piece is crafted from solid 925 sterling silver and finished with 2 microns of hard gold plating— a luxury-standard thickness chosen for durability, longevity, and premium finish.
Will the gold plating last?
Yes. Our 2-micron hard gold plating is significantly thicker and more durable than typical jewellery plating. With normal wear, proper storage, and gentle care, it retains its richness and shine for years.
Is the jewellery unisex?
Absolutely. Aurum & Fidelis is intentionally designed to be completely unisex, with clean, minimal lines and a timeless silhouette suited to all styles.
Is each piece engraved?
Yes. The A&F insignia is engraved directly into the silver before gold plating. This gives the logo a permanent, refined depth and ensures it remains crisp throughout the life of the piece.
ENGRAVING
Can I add personalised engraving?
Yes — custom engraving can be added to selected pieces. This transforms the dog tag into a personal emblem or gift with meaning.
Where is the engraving placed?
Engraving is typically placed on the reverse side of the dog tag, allowing the front to maintain its refined, symmetrical design.
Does engraving affect the gold plating?
No. Our engraving is done before plating when part of the design. Customer engraving is done after plating but only removes the microscopic top layer where engraved — this reveals a subtle, beautiful silver contrast that still looks premium.
What are the character limits?
Up to 10–20 characters depending on layout. Short names, initials, dates, or symbols work best.

What size is the dog tag?
The signature tag measures 35mm x 22mm, the ideal size for a bold yet refined presence suitable for all genders.
What chain length do you offer?
We recommend 20 inches (50cm) for most people, with optional 22 inch (55cm) and 24 inch (60cm) lengths for different styles or taller builds.
Is the chain included?
Yes. Each dog tag comes with a premium gold-plated beaded chain, specifically selected to complement the tag.

What packaging does the jewellery come in?
Every Aurum & Fidelis piece arrives in a luxury beige-and-brown leatherette box with velvet interior, gold foil detailing, authenticity card, care card, and a premium microfibre polishing cloth.
Is it gift-ready?
Yes — all pieces arrive in presentation packaging that is ready to gift immediately.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
How do I clean my Aurum & Fidelis jewellery?
Use the included microfibre polishing cloth to gently remove fingerprints and light marks. Avoid chemical silver-polishing cloths, which can be abrasive to plating.
Can I shower or swim while wearing it?
We recommend removing your piece before showering, swimming, or training to preserve the gold plating and chain shine.
How should I store my jewellery?
Keep it in its A&F box or a soft pouch to protect the polished surfaces from scratches.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging.
